Lynne Chave is a researcher at the UCL Institute of Brand and Innovation Law, having previously practiced as a UK and European patent and trade mark attorney. Her PhD, completed in 2018, reflects Lynne’s interest in IP overlaps, particularly where trade mark and design protection merge.
