Owen Grey

Owen J. Grey is a British historian with over a decade of experience in government and international diplomacy. From 2014 to 2021, he served as a political attaché at the UK Joint Delegation to NATO, where he led major reforms in cooperative security with more than forty countries across Eastern Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America. Prior to this, he was an adviser at the European Parliament. He received his PhD in History from the University of Birmingham in July 2025. He is a specialist in Central and Eastern European history, with a current research focus on Romanian nationalism, statecraft and international relations.
