Biography

Rebecca Stotzer, MS, MSW, PhD, is a Professor of Social Work at the University of Hawai’i at Manoa Thompson School of Social Work and Public Health, United States. She is a Commissioner on the UH System President’s Commission for LGBTQ+ Equality and a member of the State of Hawai’i Department of Health Sexual and Gender Minority Workgroup. She was also an inaugural Williams Institute Policy Research Fellow at the UCLA School of Law, and has focused her research on bias, discrimination, prejudice, and violence against marginalized communities.
