Biography
Russell P. Skelchy is an ethnomusicologist who directed the “Sounds of Occupation” stream at the COTCA Project as an ERC Research Fellow from 2017 to 2020. His recent work has appeared in Ethnomusicology, Sound Studies, the Journal of Popular Music Studies and Action, Criticism, and Theory for Music Education (ACT).
