Sabine Parrish, PhD, is an Interdisciplinary Research Fellow in Health, Wellbeing and Nutrition at the University of Aberdeen and co-convenor of the European Association of Social Anthropologists’ network for food anthropology. She previously taught on food cultures at Stanford University, the University of Gastronomic Sciences, the University of London, and the University of Oxford. Parrish formerly served as Research Fellow at the Centre for Food Policy at City University of London.
