Biography
Ty Vanover is an instructor in the department of Art & Art History at Dickinson College, USA. He researches queer art and visual culture in nineteenth- and twentieth-century Germany and Austria, Symbolist art, New Objectivity, and the relationship between the visual arts and the sciences in modern Europe. His work has appeared in Oxford Art Journal, Arts, and Ikonotheka.
