Prince Vladimir Fyodorovich Odoevsky (also known as V.F. Odoevskii, 1803 –1869) was a prominent Russian philosopher, writer, music critic, philanthropist and pedagogue. His fantastical stories for adults include The Cosmorama and The Salamander, both published in translation by Bloomsbury.
