A platform for pioneering research at the intersection of disability law and disability studies.
This series explores interactions between law, justice, disability and the lived realities of disabled people. The series publishes monographs and edited collections, and welcomes work from early career and established scholars from all over the world. It cuts across disciplinary boundaries beyond as well as within law and embraces a broad range of theoretical, empirical, comparative and doctrinal approaches. The series particularly welcomes work underpinned by the voices and experiences of disabled people and informed by the principles of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. It aims to support innovative work of interest to a global readership and to provoke and advance thinking about law’s role in perpetuating injustice as well as in actualising justice.
